Selling anything online just got way easier, for the seller and for the buyer. Enter Ribbon, an AnglePad backed startup focused on making digital payments easier by introducing a one-page checkout system that can be linked to from web, email and social media sites like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest or anywhere else. Ribbon’s system is unique in that it’s being designed from the ground up to work cross-platform. It auto-detects where the user is coming from, then tailors the one-page resulting experience accordingly.
They have brilliantly created ultra-simple user interfaces for both the seller and the buyer, and made it very easy to sell your product or digital product, service, event ticket or donation anywhere online. Their pricing is very competitive to PayPal with no setup or monthly fees and a 2.9% fee per transaction.

To personally demo the product, I created a donation campaign for SQmedia's favorite charity, Just Like My Child, whose mission is to transform humanity by empowering the women and children of rural Uganda to reach their full potential through improved Health Care, Education and Micro-enterprise.
It took me only a few minutes to set up my seller account and create my first campaign, and then only a few seconds to share that campaign out to the web and social media. Very cool!
